Chile planting has been done and we we expect to harvest again in August 2013. Fresh Hatch Green Chile Harvest Season 2012 is now over.  God blessed us with a great crop - we did put up quite a bit of frozen (to keep you supplied).  We offer a ten pound box of whole Hatch green chile (flame roasted, hand peeled and frozen in one pound packages) and a fourteen pound box of diced Hatch Green Chile (flame roasted, hand peeled and frozen in one pound packges).

  Our varieties are the same - Mild, NM 64; Medium, Big Jim; Hot, Sandia; and X-hot, Lumbre.    

   We also have ristras, whole red chile pods and pure red chile powder in all varieties.

   We do have roasted and peeled frozen green chile for the freezer. This product is available in two sizes and two forms - our ten pound box of Whole Green Chile (ten-one pound packages of chile - you choose) OR our fourteen pound box of Diced Green Chile(fourteen-one pound packages of chile - your choice again) These products ARE VERY popular.   

   The price quoted includes UPS overnight priority shipping.  We are able to ship the Frozen Hatch Green Chile on Monday,Tuesdays and Wednesdays for overnight delivery. 

   If  you are planning to make a chile relleno, you will want to order the whole chile.  Many of ya'll want the chile for Enchiladas, Green Chile Stew, or Salsa - the diced chile is perfect for these recipes, not only will it save you time BUT it will save you money.  You will not be cutting off the seed core and stem and throwing them away!!!
