We are busy getting ready to plant chile   for the next season, tractors are running, we are praying for rain...God is so good and we are pleased to tell you that we put up quite a large inventory of the frozen chile during our harvest season. We also have ristras, whole red chile pods and pure red chile powder in all varieties.

  We are ready to ship our flame roasted, hand peeled frozen chile - as of this time we have whole chiles in the mild variety or diced in all varieties.

   We do have roasted and peeled frozen green chile for the freezer. This product is available in two sizes and two forms - our ten pound box of Whole Green Chile (ten-one pound packages of chile - you choose) OR our fourteen pound box of Diced Green Chile(fourteen-one pound packages of chile - your choice again) These products ARE VERY popular.   

   The price quoted includes UPS overnight priority shipping.  We are able to ship the Frozen Hatch Green Chile on Monday,Tuesdays and Wednesdays for overnight delivery. 

   If  you are planning to make a chile relleno, you will want to order the whole chile.  Many of ya'll want the chile for Enchiladas, Green Chile Stew, or Salsa - the diced chile is perfect for these recipes, not only will it save you time BUT it will save you money.  You will not be cutting off the seed core and stem and throwing them away!!!
