Our fresh chile is picked the same day it is shipped to you. We ship UPS two day air on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the shiping price is included.
We will send you roasting instructions and some great recipes.
If you want to designate a specific delivery date, please tell us in the comment section on the check out page. We will send you a tracking number when your order is shipped.
You have four choices (heat levels). We offer Mild (NM 6-4 Variety), Medium (Big Jim Variety)l, Hot (Sandia Variety) or X-Hot (Lumbre Variety). We are able to put two varieties in a box if you wish (only two please - half and half) and this can be requested in the comment section on the checkout page also.
